Management
The purpose of our management section is to provide structure and effectively execute a comprehensive school counseling program with the ultimate goal of meeting the needs of every student.
In this section, you will first find a list of the Lincoln Park's Advisory Council members. The Advisory Council is made up of a group of LPHS stakeholders from various departments who evaluate the counseling program and advise on ways to make it as effective as possible for the students. Next, you will find our Annual Agreement, which includes items such as the school counseling goals, allocation of time and responsibilities of each support personnel. The yearlong calendar outlines the school counseling programming plan for the academic year. The school data profile organizes LPHS' data, which allows school counselors to identify and serve specific student populations. Finally, our action plans utilize the Response to Intervention (RTI) model in the development of programming addressing the academic, personal/social and college/career needs of students.
